Return and Refund Policy

eBooks

Because ebooks are delivered instantly to your email, refunds can’t be offered for digital items. Once your file has been delivered, the sale is final.

Physical Items

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unread, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email me at amy@amycampbell.info with your order details and reason for return. Please do this within 14 days of delivery.

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged through no fault of the customer).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or something’s missing, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

I’ll replace the item at no cost to you if:

  • The package is verified as lost through tracking.

  • The book has serious printing issues (like torn pages or binding defects).

  • A promised item is missing.

  • There’s significant damage that affects display—like crushed corners or a badly scuffed cover.

I can’t offer free replacements if:

  • The tracking shows the package as successfully delivered.

  • The item wasn’t delivered due to unpaid fees, an incorrect address, or was returned to sender.

  • The damage is minor (for example, small scratches, light edge wear, or slightly bent dust jackets).

If you have any questions, just reach out! I want you to love what arrives in your mailbox.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items can’t be returned, including:

  • Digital goods (ebooks or audiobooks)

  • Custom or personalized products (like signed or special-order items)

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before purchasing—I’ll happily clarify what’s returnable.
