Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Times

  • Most physical orders are printed or packed to order.

  • Bespoke/special editions (sprayed edges, foil, signed/personalized, book boxes, etc.) typically require 4–6 weeks to produce before they ship.

  • Standard in-stock items usually ship within 5–10 business days.

  • Preorders and Kickstarter items ship on the timelines listed on their product pages/updates.

  • If your cart contains both in-stock and preorder/bespoke items, the order may ship together once everything is ready.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Estimated transit times after dispatch:

    • U.S.: 3–10 business days

    • International: 2–6 weeks (customs can add time)

  • These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers control final delivery timelines.

International Duties, Taxes & Fees

  • Import taxes, brokerage fees, and VAT are not collected by me. These are charged (if applicable) by your country and paid to your local carrier/government.

  • Please check your country’s policies for books before ordering.

  • If a package is returned because fees weren’t paid or delivery was refused, original shipping isn’t refundable and a reship will require additional postage.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available). Some carriers provide limited scans.

  • Delivery claims window: if your package hasn’t arrived, please contact me within 60 days of the tracking number being issued. After that window, carriers may recycle tracking numbers and I may be unable to assist.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

Email amy@amycampbell.info within 14 days of delivery (or, for lost items, within the 60-day tracking window) with your order number and photos if applicable.

I’ll replace at no cost if:

  • Tracking confirms the package was lost in transit

  • The book has printing/binding defects

  • There’s significant damage affecting display (e.g., crushed corners, badly scuffed cover)

I can’t offer free replacements if:

  • Tracking shows Delivered

  • The address provided at checkout was incorrect, fees weren’t paid, or the carrier returned it as undeliverable

  • There’s minor cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect readability/display (light edge wear, small surface scratches, slightly bent jacket)

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at purchase aren’t eligible for free replacement.

Fulfillment Partners

Most physical books are printed and shipped by trusted third-party partners. Once an order has been transferred to the printer or carrier, I no longer control production or shipping timelines.

If your order experiences delays, I’ll do my best to help you get updates, but please know that printing and shipping are handled directly through these fulfillment services.
